about ME

Hi! I'm Hadley.

The 'health' industry can be overwhelming--it can feel extremely contradicting and confusing.

I call myself The Chill PT because I'm not that trainer that makes you feel as though you're dying in the class with a million burpees and no rest. I'm not the trainer that's on social media saying you need to work to failure or it doesn't count, and I'm not the trainer showing you every day how I'm working out or 'what i eat in a day' videos that makes you second-guess your food intake.

I take a more chill approach to being my own definition of healthyI love to move my body but I don't train for hours or every day. I Iove salads, but I also always have something sweet every day.

I don't think we don't need to sacrifice the things we love to get results. I've seen it with myself and my clients.

We only have one body, let’s not exhaust it by punishing it 24/7. Let’s take care of the body that carries you through life with personalised training and nutrition. It will payoff tenfold as you become pain-free, lighter, and stronger.

I'll help you cut out the noise as you transform into your best self.

MORE ABOUT ME

I've always had the drive to help others, for as long as I can remember. I believe that's why I've been put on this earth.  I'm a Level 3 Personal Trainer, certified in Pre/Post Natal, PPSC and Precision Nutrition, in addition to having a Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology.

I grew up in New York City. While I wouldn't change that for the world, it was difficult for my body image and self-esteem as dieting and thinness was heavily praised. I grew up learning to never be satisfied with how I look, and was taken to various dieticians because of my weight. I learned to demonise certain types of foods or ingredients and to be afraid of getting 'bulky'. Since sharing my stories with other women, I learned this was not only my childhood experience but theirs too. Due to this, I am able create a strong bond which helps my clients stay consistent with their training, therefore achieving results they would have never dreamed of. Seeing this gives me such fulfilment.

PROOF OF THE chill PT METHOD

While I'm not a big believer in progress pictures, I've added this for those of us that need to see change visually. These photos were taken a month apart and you can already see a more toned physique.

No more than 3x/week lifting weights was necessary and no other extreme measures were taken to get these results. That means I can easily maintain or further improve these results for long lasting success!
